| 摘 要： | 根据铁路机车轴承的结构特点,综合考虑滚动轴承座及内外套囤的弯曲变形,本文建立了轴承载荷分布计算模型。通过有限元分析计算,给出了轴承实际载荷分布值,并为轴承支座的刚性设计提出了设计要求和建议,为滚动轴承的CAD优化设计提供了切实可行的计算方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the calculation model of lood distribution of locomotive train roller bearing is set up according to the spesification of the roller bearing constraction and Considering the deformation of inner and outer ring of the bearing and the bearing seat. A diagram of real load distribution is shown, which is result from analysis and calculation through finite element method. Based on this diagram, we have some suggestion and demand on the design of the rigidity of a roller bearing seat. A practical and available load distribution calculation method for roller bearing computer aided optimal design is given. |
