结构节点加固受力性能研究

摘    要:通过节点模型和数值模拟实验,研究了碳纤维加固梁柱边节点的受力性能.经过对加固前后的节点构件进行加载实验,得到了加固前后梁表面应变和节点区的最大剪应力数据,对比分析表明,碳纤维对混凝土具有约束作用,可以减小梁端的变形.同时建立了三组钢筋混凝土有限元模型,计算结果显示,梁柱节点的尺寸、配筋率、轴压比都是影响节点受力的因素,粘贴于混凝土表面的碳纤维可有效地参与混凝土共同受力,并且承担了大部分的荷载,降低了混凝土的应力水平,节点区粘贴碳纤维片材可提高结构的承载能力.

Abstract:The performance of beam-column joints strengthened by CFRP was studied experimentally and numerically.The surface strain and the maximum shearing stress of the beam were acquired in the test for strengthened and unstrengthened model.It is made clear that CERP confined concrete can reduce the displacement of the beam.Except by experiments,the software of FEM-ANSYS was applied to form three concrete models by taking different model parameters and to obtain the shearing stress and the beam end displacement.The conclusions are the size,the rate of reinforcement and the ratio of axial pressures are agents that impact the performance of the joint.CFRP can bear load availably together with concrete to lower the stress in concrete.The capacity of structural load bearing can be raised effectively by gluing CFRP.
