| 摘 要： | 分析了知识型企业的特点,构建了知识型企业评估企业价值的评估体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法建立了知识型企业的价值评估模型.运用该方法和模型,可以减少由于企业价值评估中的信息模糊性所带来的不确定性,提高企业价值评估的准确性和可信度.该方法和模型具有较强的操作性,并通过实践证明其效果良好.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of knowledgebased corporations are analysed.An evaluation system as well as an evaluation model are set up with the method of fuzzy multilevel comprehensive evaluation aiming to assess the knowledgebased corporation.The model helps to reduce the uncertainty information that comes from information ambiguity and to advance the accuracy and credibility of corporation valuation.Practices have proved that the methodology is quite operational and effective. |
