| 摘 要： | 采用有限元法对同步传动带中参与啮合的所有带齿进行了强度分析与计算，从而精确地得出在围齿区内带齿载荷的分布规律，并通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性．通过计算分析了影响载荷分布的多种因素，从而提出了提高同步带带齿强度，使带齿载荷均匀分布的有效方法．

| Abstract: | A finite element method to analyse and calculate the strength of the belt teeth meshed with the pulley is provided. The rule of load distribution of belt teeth is found out and the accuracy of the numerical analysis is verified by the experiments. A lot of factors which influence the load distribution, are analysed and an effective way for enhancing the strength of belt teeth and making the load on them Well-distributed is then proposed. |
