摘    要:为了分析基坑开挖对邻近大底盘多塔楼变形影响,采用三维有限元软件Midas/GTS建立了分析模型。研究结果表明:基坑开挖会使桩基产生侧移和沉降,且随着基坑开挖深度的增加,桩基的侧移和沉降不断增大,距离基坑越近,桩基侧移和沉降越大;整个开挖过程中筏板和上部结构的变形呈对称分布,随着开挖深度的增加,筏板变形呈中间大边缘小的"半碟型"分布,塔楼向中间位置发生倾斜,基坑中心附近大底盘发生明显的下凹变形,基坑开挖边缘附近大底盘发生轻微的隆起变形。

Abstract:In order to analyze the deformation influence of a multi-tower with large chassis induced by adjacent foundation pit excavation, a three-dimensional finite element model was established by using the Midas/GTS.The results show that the excavation will cause the lateral displacement and settlement of the pile foundation, which, with the increase of excavation depth, will increase continuously. In addition, the nearer the foundation pit, the greater the lateral displacement and settlement of the pile foundation. The deformations of the raft and the superstructure are symmetrical during the whole process of excavation. With the increase of excavation depth, the deformation at the raft middle is larger than that near the edge of the raft, and shows a "half dish" shape. There is obvious concave deformation of the large chassis near the center of the foundation pit, while the large chassis near the edge of the foundation pit has slight uplift deformation.
