正常青年人行走步态的实验研究

以VICON步态分析系统对5名年龄身高体重均相近的正常青年人的常速行走步态进行了实验研究.得到了青年人常速行走步态的基本参数,给出了关节角度的统计曲线,并对单支撑期内各关节角度进行了分析.比较了左右两侧关节角度的差异.结果表明,正常行走左右两侧关节角度存在着差异,以左右侧关节角度差异度结合时相对称性指标可以更合理地评价步态的对称性.单支撑期内关节角度范围为假肢设计及正常人步态的模拟提供了参考.

Experimental study on walking gait of normal young people

To study gait parameters of young people's walking with normal speed,provide basis to de- sign artificial limb and make the gait evaluation,5 normal young people with approximate age,stature and body weight were taken as experimental objects in investigation.VICON movement analysis sys- tem was used to test people's gait under the condition of normal walking speed.The basic gait parame- ters and the statistical curve of joint angles were obtained.The angles on single support condition were analyzed and the differences between left and right joint angles were compared.The differences togeth- er with the phase symmetry index will evaluate the symmetry of gait more reasonably.The result is of reference to the design of prosthesis and simulation of normal people's gait.
