折流杆换热器的应用分析

摘    要:分析了折流板换热器换热管泄漏的原因,并提出了改造方案.采用杆式折流替代板式折流,不仅解决了换热管束由于剧烈振动而导致的泄漏问题,而且换热器的总传热系数提高了34%,壳程阻力损失减小了23%,达到了良好的改造效果.

Abstract:The plate baffle heat exchanger in some petrochemical plant has often suffered from pipe leak.The reason of the pipe leak was analysed in detail and a transformation plan of replacing plate baffle with rod baffle was proposed.This reform not only solves the problem of pipe leak caused by severe vibration,but also increases the heat transfer coefficient by 34%,and reduces shell flow resistance by 23%.It's proved that the transformation achieves a good effect.
