月季和康乃馨的冷冻干燥实验研究

冻干法是一种相对较新的制作干花方法．为探索不同类型的干花产品，以月季花和康乃馨为花材，进行了鲜花真空冷冻干燥的实验研究．从实验结果可以看出，冻干后花的大小、颜色基本能保持冻干前的状态，且两种花的花瓣都由单层变为了双层，花型更加饱满。

Experimental study on freeze-drying of Rosa chinensis and Carnations

Freeze-drying is a relatively new preservation process for the preserved plant material industry. However it is still occasional to use it in making drying flowers. To explore a new type of drying flowers, some experiments are made with freeze-drying method. From the resulted pictures and table, it can be seen that the diameter and color will have only a little change after freeze-drying. The petals of Rosa chinensis and Carnations become to be double resulted. The two kinds of flowers become fat and look pretty. It is a potential drying product.
