声波与其他方法联合作用脱除细颗粒物的研究进展

摘    要:声波团聚可作为一种有效降低可吸入颗粒物污染的预处理措施.针对现有声源条件下,单一的声波团聚作用对细颗粒物的清除效率较低且能耗较大的缺点,分析采用声波团聚联合其他方法共同作用来高效脱除细颗粒物.分别阐述种子颗粒、喷雾、蒸汽相变联合声波团聚作用的团聚机理及实验装置,具体分析了3种联合作用提高声波团聚效率的理论依据及影响因素,对比了3种联合作用的优缺点及适用范围,丰富了声波团聚理论,并彰显了联合声波团聚的优势.此外,提出联合声波团聚的研究方向,为高效脱除细颗粒物、降低环境污染提供了更好的途径.

Abstract:Acoustic agglomeration is an effective pretreatment method to reduce inhalable particulate pollution.But the single acoustic agglomeration costs more energy and the efficiency of fine particles removal is relatively low under the existing sound source condition.It is common to combine the acoustic agglomeration with other methods to effectively remove the fine particles.The agglomeration mechanism and experimental sets for the technique of seed particles, spray and vapor condensation combined with acoustic agglomeration were introduced respectively.The theoretical basis of improving the efficiency and the influencing factors of the three combined methods were analyzed in detail.The advantages and disadvantages and the application area of the three combined methods were compared.The agglomeration theory is enhanced and the advantages of the combined processes stand out which proposes the research direction for the combination agglomeration.The method presented provides a better way to remove fine particles and reduce environmental pollution efficiently.
