带时间窗报童问题的供应链协调优化

为压缩供应链提前期,增加供应链的响应速度和服务水平,扩展了传统的报童问题模型,以带时间窗的报童问题为研究对象,在市场需求函数符合正态分布条件下,分别建立了供应链收益、制造商收益和零售商收益的数学模型,分析了压缩提前期对供应链及其成员收益的影响.通过对比分析压缩提前期前后供应链收益的变化情况,得出带时间窗报童问题的模型相比于传统的报童模型可以增加供应链收益.给出了供应链成员间收益协调的优化方案,分析了最优订货量和供应链可承受的最大成本增加系数的决策问题.最后,通过数值分析对研究结论进行了验证.

Newsboy Problem of Supply Chain Coordination with Time Windows

In order to compress the lead time of supply chain, increase the response speed and raise the service level, the traditional newsboy model was extended to a newsboy problem with time windows.The impacts of lead time compression on supply chain and its member benefits were discussed.Under the condition of normal distribution of market demand function, the mathematics models of supply chain profit, manufacturers profit and retailers profit were established respectively.Through analyzing the changes of supply chain profit before and after the compression of lead time, it indicates that the newsboy problem model with time windows can increase the income of the supply chain, compared with the traditional newsboy model.The optimization plan of earnings coordination for the supply chain was given out.The optimal order quantity and the biggest cost increase coefficient of the supply chain were analyzed.The research conclusion was verified by numerical analysis.
