旋翼式水表的流量方程式和特性曲线方程式

摘    要:本文根据流体力学原理对旋翼式水表的驱动力矩和各种力矩进行了详细分析,建立了流量基本方程式。在此基础上,作者进一步导出了旋翼式水表的特性曲线方程式。理论特性曲线与实验结果基本一致。特性曲线方程能清晰地反映出水表各结构参数之间的关系及其对水表性能的影响,并能对实际特性曲线的形状作出较为园满的解释。本文提出的数学模型可作为旋翼式水表结构参数设计的依据,并为进一步改善水表性能提供了理论基础

Abstract:This paper presents a flowrate equation for the multiple-jet vanewheel water meter through the analysis of the driving torque and retarding torquees on the rotor of the meter by virtue of the basic principles of fluid mechanics. Then a characteristic curve equation is further developed. The theoretical characteristic curves show areasonable agreement with theexperimental results. The characteristic curve equation has the advantage of showing the rclations between design parameters of the meter and their influences on the meter performance, and giving satisfactorv explanations of the shape of the charcteristic curve.The mathematical model presented in this paper can be used to design the vane-wheel water and provide a theoretical clue for predicting and improving the meter performance.
