摘    要:本文着重讨论了元器件的退化问题,提出了一种用模糊数学计算元件是处在正常状态还是退化状态的方法,在FMEA分析中,使用模糊关系矩阵,使FMEA分析由原来的定性分析变为某种程度的定量分析;并建立了一种计算机化的模糊拒阵FMEA方法。

Abstract:The present article deals with the application of fuzzy mathematics in reliability engineering. The method introduced here can be employed to estimate whether the components are working in normal condition or they are degraded. While analysing FMEA, the authors use fuzzy relational matrix so as to convert the qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis. A fuzzy computerized matrix FMEA technique is also included in this paper.
