插齿机主传动机构的运动学仿真与优化设计

摘    要:应用虚拟样机技术和机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了两种插齿机(瓦特型六杆机构)主传动机构的模型,对两者进行了运动学仿真,以插齿刀在工作区间速度平稳性为目标,分别对两个模型进行了优化设计,阐明了ADAMS对插齿机主传动机构进行运动学仿真及优化的优点,并分析和比较了两种模型的性能特点.

Abstract:Using a method of virtual prototype,with the help of the software ADAMS,two versions of Watt's sixbar chain which is the main drive mechanism of slotting machine were modeled,kinematics simulation was also carried out,and taking minimum of the warp of slotting tools during working stroke as optimal objective,the optimum design of the two models on the basis of the preliminary values which were chosen from space model atlas was finished respectively.The merits of the method were shown,and the characteristics of the two versions was analyzed and compared.
