企业生产采购协同计划干扰管理研究

摘    要:为了有效应对生产采购协同计划中的需求变化这一扰动,提出了扰动度量方法,构建了考虑生产与采购计划偏离度和总成本最小化生产采购协同计划干扰管理模型,设计了用于求解该问题的知识进化算法方案,阐明了实现该算法的过程.当干扰事件发生时,系统能快速响应需求量的变化,并调整生产与采购计划.对实例进行了仿真,并与重调度结果比较,验证了本干扰管理方案的可行性与有效性.结果表明干扰管理可以有效降低计划偏离度,并合理控制成本.

Abstract:In order to effectively deal with the disturbance of demand changes in the coordinated production-purchase planning,a method of measuring disturbance was put forward,and a disruption management model of the coordinated production-purchase planning problem,considering the production-purchase plan deviation and the minimum cost was constructed.The problem was solved by designing a method based on the knowledge evolution algorithm.The realization process of the algorithm was illustrated.When disruptions occur,the system can respond quickly to the changes in consumers' demand,and readjust the production plan at once.The disturbance case was simulated,and the results were compared with those of a plan rescheduling to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the disruption management project.It is found that the disruption management can remarkably reduce the deviation of plan and control the cost.
