无菌包用铝箔的质量分析与控制

摘    要:无菌包产品因复合速度快,复合工艺复杂,对铝箔在使用过程中的断带表现要求极高。通过试验,摸索出合理的焊接压力、焊接速度及焊接操作流程,从而达到改善焊接质量的目的;通过防止液压油泄漏和加装挡油板措施,解决了油污断带。经过对无菌包用铝箔这两个关键质量因素的分析与控制,成功地减少了断带,提高了质量,进而满足了客户需求。

Abstract:Due to the fast compounding speed and complex compounding process, there are very high requirements for the performance of aluminum foil breaking during the using process. Reasonable welding pressure, welding speed and welding operation process are found out by the test, so as to improve the welding quality. The fracture of strip caused by oil stain is solved by preventing hydraulic oil leakage and installing oil baffle measures. By the measures of preventing hydraulic oil leakage and installing the oil baffle, the strip fracture caused by oil pollution is solved. Through the analysis and control of the two key quality factors of the aluminum foil for the aseptic package, the broken belt is successfully reduced, the quality is improved, and then the customer''s demand is satisfied.
