| 摘 要： | 从企业管理创新的动因，建立以人为本的管理机制，再造企业业务流程，把握知识经济的先机等角度，对我国国有企业的管理创新进行了探讨。最后指出了国有企业应因地制宜，开创符合于本企业的管理创新之路。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of motivation of management innovation, setting up human focused management mechanism, re-engineering business process and grasping chance of knowledge based economy in advance, the management innovation for our state-owned enterprises is discussed. It is pointed out that enterprise should initiate its own way for management innovation according to its own situation. |
