| 摘 要： | 在介绍汽车板重卷检查机组生产工艺的基础上,详细分解机组生产周期,提出机组产量计算方法,并应用生产实例说明了产量计算过程,验证了计算结果.机组产量计算方法为机组产量的计算提供了理论依据,也为进一步优化机组工艺提供了理论基础.

| Abstract: | The production period of a recoiling line (RCL) of automobile sheet was explained amply,and the computing method for production capacity was proposed based on the introduction of its production technology.A computing example was given to describe the process of calculation and prove the computing result.The method provides a theoretical basis for the production capacity computation and the production technology optimiation. |
