角度基准对凸轮检测结果的影响及修正

在检测凸轮时，测量基准和凸轮的实际基准往往不一致，存在一偏差角度△δ0，这将引起凸轮的测量误差，本文结合一简单实例，分析了由于偏差角度△δ0而产生的凸轮向径实际值与测量值之间的最大偏差ε的变化趋势，选择了适当的插值函数形式，利用角度探索法确定了偏差角度△δ0的值，以获得凸轮的准确测量值。

Effect of datum angle in cam profile measuring and the method of modifying

When measuring a cam profile, the datum mark doesn't always coincide with its real reference, and there is a difference Dd0 between them, resulting in measuring errors of the cam profile. In the paper with a simple instance, the relationship between the maximum difference of the measuring and real data, and the difference Dd0 is discussed; and the appropriate formulation of interpolating function is investigated. Eventually the value of the difference Dd0 can be got, which can be used to obtain the measuring data with desirable precision by using the method of angle searching.
