| 摘 要： | 在采用以齿顶圆定位的直角座标法测量原理测量渐开线齿形时,被测齿轮的齿顶圆误差将会产生较大的测量误差。本文阐述了仪器测量时座标系的建立方法以及被测齿轮齿顶圆误差对测量精度影响的分析。

| Abstract: | In the course of inspection for involute tooth profiles taking the tip circle of gear measured as the reference of measuring coordinate system, the error of the tip circle would cause a great effect on the measuring accuracy. In this paper, we introduce the method to set up the measuring coordinate system and the analysis for the influence of the tip circle's error on the measuring accuracy of the portable instrument. |
