旧混凝土板粒石化再生骨料吸水特性研究

摘    要:为了揭示旧混凝土板粒石化再生骨料吸水率的特性,根据粒径和砂浆裹附量对粒石化再生粗骨料进行分类,首先从粒石化再生骨料颗粒角度探讨粒石化再生骨料颗粒的吸水规律和影响因素,通过SEM(扫描电子显微镜)电镜扫描试验分析其原因,然后根据粒石化再生分类骨料与粒石化再生粗骨料的数量关系,通过数学演绎推导的方法进一步探讨粒石化再生粗骨料的吸水规律和影响因素。研究结果表明:砂浆裹附量和级配对粒石化再生骨料吸水率产生重要影响,裹附砂浆造成了再生骨料复杂多孔的表面结构,从而使得再生骨料具有独特的吸水特性。同时由于不同破碎工艺对旧水泥混凝土的破碎和砂浆处理程度不同,证明了破碎工艺的重要性。

Abstract:In order to reveal the water absorption characteristics of recycled aggregate of old concrete slabs, the granulated petrochemical recycled coarse aggregate was classified according to the particle size and mortar content. Firstly, the water absorption regularity and influencing factors of granulated petrochemical recycled aggregate particles were discussed from the point of view of grain granules, and the reason was analyzed by using the scanning electron microscopy. Then, according to the quantitative relationship between granulated petrochemical recycled aggregate and granulated petrochemical recycled coarse aggregate, the water absorption property and influencing factors of granulated petrochemical recycled coarse aggregate were further discussed by means of mathematical deduction. The results show that the mortar centent and the gradation have important effects on the water absorption of granulated petrochemical recycled aggregate. Because the mortar content makes the recycled aggregate surface complex and of porous structure, the recycled aggregate has unique water absorption characteristics. Considering that the crushing method affects the degree of crushing of the old cement concrete and the degree of mortar handling, the importance of the crushing technological process was also illustrated.
