员工组织支持感的模糊综合评价模型研究

摘    要:分析了员工组织支持感的影响因素,建立了员工组织支持感评价指标体系.通过评估和权重选择,构建了员工组织支持感模糊综合评判模型,并对南京市某企业的352位农民工的组织支持感进行测量.结果证明该模型的准确性和适用性,为企业提供了对农民工组织支持感进行量化评估的工具.

Abstract:Factors affecting the degree of perceived organizational support of staffs were analysed,and the corresponding evaluating index system was constructed.A fuzzy comprehensive model for evaluating the staff perceived organizational support of staffs was put forward through evaluating degrees and selecting weighted factors.Taking the migrant workers of an enterprise in Nanjing as a study target,the results indicate the accuracy and effectiveness of the model and provide a tool for enterprises to evaluate the perceived organizational support of the migrant workers quantitatively.
