热电式制冷器的最佳化设计

摘    要:本文论述微气候空调系统冷源——热电式制冷器的最佳化设计。通过合理配置半导体热电堆,使制冷器处于最佳化运行电流状态,从而取得较为理想的制冷效果。笔者根据此最佳化设计,已研制出一套制冷量为384 W,功率消耗为1000 W,运行电压为24V(DC),运行电流为40 A(DC)的制冷器,经实测表明,达到设计要求。

Abstract:The aim of this article is to deal with the cooler for microclimate controls, the thermo-electric cooler and its optimum design. The semi-conductor thermo-elements are optimizingly arranged to procure the optimum electric current and obtain a maximum refrigeration output. According to the optimum design method, the authors have made a set of coolers with 384 W (refrigeration output), 1 000 W(power consumption), 24 V (DC) (input voltage) and 40 A (DC)(current). The testing results are fully in agreement with the design requirements.
