| 摘 要： | 将水资源系统分为地表水和地下水，并对各自的水量进行了统计计算，根据系统的观点，建立了地表水一地下水联合数学模型，利用最优化理论方法进行了水资源优化调度研究，结果表明，地表水一地下水联合数学模型能更准确地描述水资源系统的真实情况，优化算法所得结果为水资源的开发利用提供了依据，

| Abstract: | This paper makes a research has been made on the optimum exploitation and utilization of district water resource.The water resources exist as and comprise 3 parts:the surface water,the underground water and the rainfall water.According to the view point of system,when investigating underground water,a combined surfaceunderground water model is built up.Water resource optimum management is studied with some yesults presented. |
