高灰熔点煤气化特性的实验研究

摘    要:研究高灰熔点煤气化特性,以水煤浆为气化原料,在沉降炉内进行了我国典型高灰熔点煤老矿中煤气化反应的实验研究.考察了气化温度和O/C摩尔比对合成气组分、碳转化率和冷煤气效率的影响.结果表明,在相同O/C摩尔比条件下,有效合成气体积分数、碳转化率及冷煤气效率随气化温度的升高而升高.在气化温度相同的条件下,随着O/C摩尔比的增加,CO2的体积分数和碳转化率随之增大,而冷煤气效率呈现出先增大后减小的趋势.在实验条件下,老矿中煤的最佳O/C摩尔比为0.90~1.05.

Abstract:In order to analyse the gasification characteristics of high ash slag fusibility coal with coal water slurry for use as gasification feedstock,the gasification reaction characteristics of Lao Kuang's coal were studied in a drop tube reactor.The effects of gasification temperature and O/C Molar ratio on the properties of gas products,carbon conversion and cold gas efficiency were investigated.The results indicate that the concentration of effective syngas,the rate of carbon conversion and the efficiency of cooled coal gas all increase with the increase of temperature at the same O/C Molar ratio condition.As the O/C Molar ratio increases,the rate of carbon conversion and the concentration of CO2 increase and the efficiency of cooled coal gas shows a decreasing trend after the first increase at the same temperature condition.Under the experimental conditions,the best O/C Molar ratio of Lao Kuang's coal is 0.90~1.05.
