| Abstract: | The differences between characteristics of big cities and small towns were analysed and the outbound traffic organization optimization theory and the methods adapting to small towns were put forward.Combining with practical projects,the traffic convergence steps and methods for outbound traffic organization optimization were described.Feasibility of the method was provided. |
