摘    要:为了解决食品冷链物流在运输过程中的跟踪及溯源性问题,提出了基于物联网技术的物流解决方案,通过结合无线射频识别技术(RFID)和无线传感网络技术(WSN),构建了一个冷链物流跟踪及追溯系统。本系统利用RFID技术实现对食品的追溯;采用WSN技术实现实时监控食品的环境信息;结合全球定位系统(GPS)对运输工具进行定位,采用地理信息系统(GIS)对运输工具实时监管。通过此系统实现食品冷链物流的智能化跟踪和追溯,最大限度地保证冷藏食品新鲜程度、色泽与安全。

Abstract:In order to solve problems in the food cold-chain logistics tracking and traceability during transport, logistics solutions based on Internet of Things technology are proposed.The cold- chain logistics tracking and tracing system could be established with the combination of the radio frequency identification (RFID) and wireless sensor network (WSN). The system utilizes RFID technology to achieve food traceability; WSN to achieve real-time monitoring of the environmental information; Global Positioning System (GPS) to locate methods of transport; Geographic Information System (GIS) to supervise the means of transport. The system achieves the intelligent tracking of food cold-chain logistics, ensures maximum protection of freshness, luster and safety of refrigerated food.
