| 摘 要： | 介绍了电站锅炉过热器和再热器在线故障诊断系统的工作原理、系统组成及系统主要模块的实现方法，利用计算机运算来仿真过热器和再热器管子金属壁面温度，为判别管子局部超温提供依据，可提高大容量电站锅炉运行的安全可靠性。

| Abstract: | The principle and structure of the online system of failure diagnosis for the superheater and reheater in utility boilers is introduced. The realization method of several main modules of the system is also presented. With this system the simulating calculation of wall temperature distribution of pipes system of superheater/reheater can be carried out and can be used to forecast the local situation of overheating of pipe materials. The system is helpful to raise the safety and economy of power plant. |
