摘    要:以某轿车后视镜为例,研究车身部件道路振动信号的实验室模拟方法.首先进行室外后视镜振动信号谱测取,并对振动信号进行处理与分析,获取信号的表征参数与特征;然后,根据能量等效和随机振动的等价模拟原则,将室外道路振动信号与室内台架振动试验标准进行比较,确定室内外当量关系.

Abstract:Lab-scale simulation methods of road vibration signal of body parts were discussed, taking the rearview mirror of a certain car as an example.The outdoor signal spectrum of rearview mirror was gathered, processed and analyzed to obtain its characterization parameters and characteristics.Based on the energy equivalent principle and the random vibration test equivalent conditions, the equivalent relationship was obtained by comparison of outdoor vibration test results with indoor vibration test standards.
