摘    要:研制了减压阀的全自动性能与寿命试验系统.通过采用模块化系统设计来满足不同规格系列产品的多工况运行与各类试验要求,通过对比分析阀芯结构改进前后的流量压降曲线及阀门内部流场特性的数值模拟,说明曲面形阀芯结构能够达到稳定流动状态,并减小了各种工况条件下的阻力损失.
