汽轮机湿蒸汽两相流中水滴尺寸研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外湿蒸汽两相流的理论和实验研究进展,分析了目前湿蒸汽中水滴尺寸研究的状况和遇到的困难,并详细介绍了能同时测量一次水滴和二次水滴的集成化探针,给出了在电厂350MW汽轮机上的测量结果.

Abstract:There are two types of water droplets, fine droplet and coarse water in wet steam flow in LP steam turbine. These droplets form main cause of the efficiency drop in LP turbine and blade erosion. Theoretical and experimental research work has been done on the condensation theory and droplets size distribution. In the paper the progress in the research of this field is reviewed and an integrated probe which is capable of measuring the fine and coarse water as a whole is introduced. Some experimental results are presented.
