硫铁矿烧渣制备聚合氯化硫酸铁铝及其表征

摘    要:硫铁矿烧渣是生产硫酸的固体废弃物,利用硫铁矿烧渣制备高效絮凝剂是其综合利用的重要途径,既能消除烧渣的危害,又能实现资源化.利用硫铁矿烧渣制备高分子无机复合絮凝剂聚合氯化硫酸铁铝(PAFSC),先采用混酸(盐酸和硫酸)酸浸硫铁矿烧渣,再将所得酸浸液经水解聚合作用合成PAFSC.通过使用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪探究PAFSC的形态和结构,以化学需氧量(COD)和浊度去除率来评价其絮凝性能.PAFSC在投加量为45mg/L时,COD和浊度去除率分别能达到82.4%和99%.与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)对比,合成的PAFSC有更好的絮凝性能.

Abstract:Pyrite cinders are the solid waste in the production of sulfuric acid.Using pyrite cinders to prepare high efficient flocculants is an important way because of its comprehensive utilization,which can eliminate the hazards of cinders and realize the resource generation.Polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate chloride (PAFSC) as a novel inorganic composite coagulant,was prepared by using pyrite cinders.A mixed acid (hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid) was used to acidulate leach pyrite cinders,and then the pickle liquor was manufactured to synthesize PAFSC via hydrolization and polymerization.The results of an experimental study,using PAFSC as a composite coagulation reagent to treat wastewater,were presented.The structure and morphology of PAFSC were investigated by using some conventional methods,and were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR).The evaluation of treatment efficiency of the coagulation-flocculation performance was brought about by measuring the reduction of turbidity and chemical oxygen demand (COD).In addition,the parameters affecting coagulation-flocculation performance,such as the coagulant dosage and wastewater initial pH,were also examined.PAFSC shows a superior coagulation-flocculation performance with the maximum COD removal efficiency of 82.4% and the residual turbidity efficiency of 99% at the coagulant dosage of 45 mg/L.Compared with polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS),the synthesized PAFSC has better coagulation-flocculation performance.
