强心颗粒活血化瘀作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究强心颗粒的活血化瘀作用。方法利用肾上腺素造成小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,观察强心颗粒对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响;大鼠两次冰水刺激,期间皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素注射液0.08 mL/100 g,造成大鼠血瘀模型,观察药物对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果强心颗粒低剂量21.5 g/kg、中剂量43 g/kg、高剂量86 g/kg组均能加快小鼠血流速度,改善血流状态,改善小鼠微循环障碍;强心颗粒中剂量30 g/kg、高剂量60 g/kg组能明显降低大鼠高、中、低切状态下的血黏度,其中高剂量组能降低红细胞压积,中剂量组能加快红细胞电泳时间。结论强心颗粒具有明显的活血化瘀作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis effects of Qiangxinkeli(QXKL).Methods Established the mesentery microcirculation disturbance with adrenaline in mice to observe the effect of QXKL on the mesentery microcirculation disturbance;subcutaneous injecting adrenalin hydrochloride twice,during the period,stimulating the rats with the ice water to induce the acute blood stasis model to survey the influence on the hemorheology.Results QXKL low dose 21.5 g /kg、middle dose 43 g /kg and high dose 86 g /kg could accelerate the blood flow rate,improve the blood flow state,thereby ameliorate the microcirculation disturbance in mice;QXKL middle dose 30 g /kg and high dose 60 g /kg could reduced the blood viscosity in high、 midst and low shear rate in model rats remarkably,the high dose could degrade the hematocrit and the midst dose could accelerate the erythrocyte electrophoresis time.Conclusion QXKL possesses the obvious activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis effects.
