新型垫料玉米秸对KM小鼠繁殖性能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨玉米秸作为实验动物新型垫料的可行性。方法 将KM小鼠分三组 ,分别为卫生纸组、刨花组和玉米秸组。测定各组小鼠的生长曲线、繁殖性能指标和垫料的吸水性能。结果 玉米秸组生长曲线低于卫生纸组和刨花组 ,统计学处理三组间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;玉米秸组平均窝产仔数 9 76只、离乳率 99 13% ,高于卫生纸组和刨花组 ,差异均显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;初生个体重差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;胎次间隔高于卫生纸组 ,低于刨花组 (P <0 0 5 )。高压灭菌前后的玉米秸吸水性能差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与刨花组比较差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,玉米秸组和刨花组的吸水性能均明显低于卫生纸组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 用玉米秸作为实验动物垫料是可行的

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of corn cane as a new bedding. Methods\ KM mice were divided into three groups: toilet paper group,shaving group and corn cane group, respectively, and the hygroscopic forces of the bedding material were analyzed The growing curve and breeding function were determined Result\ The growing curve in corn cane group was lower than toilet paper and shaving group,and there were not significant difference in three groups( P >0 05) Average numbers per pregnancy are 9 76 and weaning rate is 99 1 3% in corn cane group,they were higher than those in toilet paper and shaving group( P <0 05) But there were not significant difference in their born weight( P >0 05) Pregnancy interval in corn cane group was longer than in toilet paper group,but it was shorter than in shaving group( P <0 05) The difference between the hygroscopic forces of the non_sterilized maize straw and the maize straw sterilized with autodace was not significant( P >0 05),and there was not significant difference between the hygroscopic of the maize straw and the hygroscopic of the paring( P >0 05) The difference between the hygroscopic forces of maize straw and the hygroscopic forces of paring were not significant( P >0 05) The hygroscopic forces of maize straw and paring were lower than the hygroscopic forces of toilet paper( P <0 05) Conclusion\ Corn cane is a proper bedding material for laboratory animals.
