SPF级大鼠和小鼠保种设施的建立与运行

大鼠和小鼠保种繁育是其扩大生产和推广应用的先决条件。保种繁育控制直接影响动物的遗传性状和质量,影响扩大生产群产量。我中心2012年建成大鼠和小鼠屏障配套隔离包保种设施,并保存有大鼠和小鼠7个品系。设施运行至今,保种动物质量较高,均符合SPF级动物标准。本文通过介绍我中心SPF级大鼠和小鼠保种设施的建立,设施运行、操作和设施评定及经验体会,以及保种动物品系、质量要求,为大鼠和小鼠的保种及繁育工作提供参考。

The Establishment and Operation of Conservation Facilities for SPF Rats and Mice

The conservation and breeding of rats and mice is a prerequisite for expand production and application of rats and mice. The genetic traits, animal quality and the production output of rats and mice were directly affected by the quality control of the conservation and breeding. Our center established the conservation facilities in 2012 year, and conserved 7 rats and mice strains. So far, conservation animals maintain high quality, and are in line with SPF animal standard. This paper introduces the establishment of conservation facilities for SPF rats and mice, animal strains, quality requirements, facility operation and assessment, and operation experiences in our center, in order to provide the reference for related work of rats and mice conservation and breeding.
