| Abstract: | Laboratory animal welfare and ethics has got more and more attention in China. The paper is based on the feature of laboratory animal in hospital and the five ＂M＂ concept （Manager/Men/Market/Mechanism/Money） , to discuss how to built and operate the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee in hospital. |
