摘    要:摘要:脊髓损伤目前尚无有效的治疗方法,因此建立一个理想的动物模型对于确定脊髓损伤机制和开发脊髓损伤患者的治疗方法具有重要意义。 本文系统地回顾和分析了挫伤型脊髓损伤造模装置的研究进展,并对其优缺点进行了评价,以供进一步研究。

Abstract:Abstract:Although at present there is no effective therapeutic regimen for spinal cord injury, the establishment of a reliable animal model of spinal cord injury is very important both for the basic pathogenesis study and potential therapeutic method. The present paper is to review the advantages and disadvantages of a varies of equipment for establishing animal model of spinal cord injury, which may contribute to the refinement of establishing animal model of spinal cord injury.
