| 摘 要： | 目的探讨12月龄ApoE-/-动脉粥样硬化小鼠主要动脉病理学变化。方法12月龄雌雄各半动脉粥样硬化小鼠6只,选取主动脉根部、颈动脉、腹主动脉及肾动脉进行冰冻切片,油红染色,光学显微镜观察血管病理变化,采集图像。结果6例小鼠主动脉根部及肾动脉血管均可见油红染色,4例小鼠腹主动脉血管可见油红O染色,而6例小鼠颈动脉均不见油红O染色斑块。结论北京大学医学部实验动物部饲育的ApoE-/-动脉粥样硬化小鼠是研究动脉粥样硬化的良好动物模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathological characteristic of main arteries in twelve-month-old ApoE-/-mice. Methods Both male and female ApoE-/-mice of twelve-month-old were selected in this study. Frozen sections were made from the aortic root, carotid artery, abdominal artery and renal artery, and stained with oil red O for examining the formation of atherosclerosis spots.
