| 摘 要： | 高脂血症是心脑血管疾病的主要危害因素之一。作为研究高脂血症的基础,高脂血症实验动物模型的建立尤为重要。本文综述了一些高脂血症实验动物模型以及造模方法,为在科研和药物开发过程中对高脂血症实验动物模型的选择提供参考。

| Abstract: | Hyperlipidemia is one of the main hazards causing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.As the basis of hyperlipidemia research,animal models play the important role.Some common methods to establish animal models of hyperlipidemia were reviewed in order to provide information for selecting the animal models in scientific research and pharm projects. |
