| 摘 要： | 目的 比较腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸制作的高尿酸血症大鼠模型，探讨如何建立持续性高尿酸血症大鼠模型。方法分别采用腺嘌呤、氧嗪酸高、低剂量灌胃，测定血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐，与对照组比较，并进行肾组织病理观察。结果腺嘌呤组肾损害严重，且肾损害早于血尿酸的增高。而氧嗪酸组血尿酸明显、持续的升高，且较长时间无明显肾损害。结论腺嘌呤只适合制作肾衰大鼠模型，而氧嗪酸用于制作高尿酸血症大鼠模型较为合适。
