腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸制作高尿酸血症大鼠模型比较

摘    要:目的 比较腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸制作的高尿酸血症大鼠模型,探讨如何建立持续性高尿酸血症大鼠模型。方法分别采用腺嘌呤、氧嗪酸高、低剂量灌胃,测定血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐,与对照组比较,并进行肾组织病理观察。结果腺嘌呤组肾损害严重,且肾损害早于血尿酸的增高。而氧嗪酸组血尿酸明显、持续的升高,且较长时间无明显肾损害。结论腺嘌呤只适合制作肾衰大鼠模型,而氧嗪酸用于制作高尿酸血症大鼠模型较为合适。
