| 摘 要： | 目的评估清洁级大鼠、小鼠的微生物学质量。方法参照国家标准GB/T 14926-2001,依据单纯随机抽样原则从相关单位生产繁殖群采集样品,检测主要病毒血清抗体水平。结果检测31只大鼠,其中仙台病毒（SV）和汉坦病毒（HV）抗体阳性率均为0;检测280只小鼠,其中25只小鼠肝炎病毒（MHV）抗体阳性,10只小鼠仙台病毒（SV）抗体阳性,1只小鼠鼠痘病毒（Ect）抗体阳性。结论清洁级小鼠的病毒监测工作及质量控制需加强。
