小型啮齿类实验动物整体标本的制作及应用

摘要:目的 通过对传统的小型动物标本制作方法进行了一些新的尝试与改进,形成了新的制作方法,提高实验动物利用率。 方法 本文以 KM 小鼠为例,仅仅除去颅腔、胸腔、腹腔内容物,保留皮毛、肌肉和骨骼,经过精心整形和固定后,采用 0. 4%的硫酸锌和 4%的甲醛配成混合溶液,加入氯化钾配制成饱和防腐溶液浸泡 20 d 后,取出清洗晾干处理,对颅腔填充胶泥,装上义眼即可制作成动物整体标本。 结果 本次实验动物标本制作的 KM 小鼠整体标本外部形态自然,无毒无异味,标本符合啮齿类动物的典型形态。 结论 小型啮齿类实验动物标本制作方法较传统的浸制标本或剥制标本制作简便,并且环保,实验材料易得,成本较低,可在教学、科学普及中推广使用。

The Preparation and Application of the Whole Specimen of Small Rodents

Abstract: Objective Some new attempts and improvements have been made on the traditional method of making small animal specimens, and new production method have been formed to improve the utilization ratio of experimental animals. Method Mice were used as an example, removed the contents of the skull cavity, thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity, retained the fur, muscles and bones. After carefully plastic and fixed, 0. 4% zinc sulfate and 14% formalin are mixed into a mixed solution, and potassium chloride is added to the saturated solution for 20 days, which completed the whole animal specimen. Result The specimens of KM mice produced by this experimental animal specimen were natural, non-toxic and odorless, and the specimens were in line with the typical morphology of rodents. Conclusion The small rodent experimental animal specimen making method is more convenient than the traditional dipped specimen or exfoliation specimen, and is environmentally friendly. The experimental material is easy to get, and the cost is low. It can be popularized in the teaching and scientific popularization.
