| 摘 要： | 摘要: 仁慈终点是指在不影响实验结果判定的前提下，“人为”确定一个节点( 或阶段) 并依此节点及时终止动物实验。国际上在仁慈终点方面已开展了较为系统的研究，并已将仁慈终点纳入到了实验动物管理与使用委员会的实际伦理审查和监督工作中。在我国， 2006 年科技部颁布的《关于善待实验动物的指导性意见》也要求在实验中实施仁慈终点。基于我国已开始重视实施“仁慈终点”，本文希望通过介绍国际实验动物仁慈终点研究及实践现况，使广大科研工作者对“仁慈终点”有更全面的了解，为我国搭建“仁慈终点”实践体系提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract: Humane endpoints mean without effecting the experiment result judgement，a point-in-time was defined as endpoint for alleviating animal pain． The systematic studies on humane endpoints has carried out internationally．In China，“Guidancesuggestion of caring laboratory animals”enacted in 2006 contains a section on application humane endpoints． In view of our country had already begun to emphasize“humane endpoints”，this paper briefed international current situation and was expected to give researchers overall view idea on humane endpoints． |
