复方红花降压胶囊的药效学及毒性动物实验

摘    要:目的观察复方红花降压胶囊对原发性高血压大鼠血压的影响及其毒性。方法采用原发性大鼠进行药物灌胃,用大鼠血压测定仪进行定期血压测量以及组织病理学检查。结果复方红花降压胶囊对原发性大鼠高血压有降压作用,实验证明其降压作用显著,并对机体无毒性作用。结论复方红花降压胶囊对原发性高血压大鼠有降压作用,为应用于临床治疗高血压病提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To examine the effect of compound safflower buck capsule on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) and its toxicity.Methods The SHRs were administrated with the compound safflower buck capsule by oral gavage.At regular intervals,blood pressure was monitored and histopathological examination was performed.Results and Conclusion The compound safflower buck capsule has a positive role of anti-hypertension in SHRs with no toxicity,which provides an experimental basis for clinic application of the compound safflower buck capsule in anti-hypertension.
