| 摘 要： | 创建学习型组织具有鲜明的时代特色,而把工会建设成学习型工会组织尤为重要。创建高校学习型工会组织要做到:(1)树立全新的学习理念;(2)把“三个代表”的重要思想作为学习的指针;(3)注重前瞻性学习;(4)勤于思考,提升工会组织的能力;(5)勤于工作,展示工会组织的魅力。
