| 摘 要： | 近年来,中外合作办学已成为新建本科院校教育走向国际化的重要途径。构建适合高校实际并有效的合作办学体系,充分利用合作办学优质的教育教学资源,培养高素质国际化人才,是高校中外合作办学管理者思考的重要问题。新建本科院校应从办学理念、办学定位、办学资源、区位条件等方面探索构建中外合作办学体系的路径和方法,不断提高中外合作办学质量,加快推进教育国际化进程。

| Abstract: | The main approach to the Sino-foreign education for newly-built universities is to run a school in a cooperative way between Chinese universities and foreign universities.The administrative staffs for running a school in a cooperative way have to take the following principles into account,constructing a practical and effective system for running a school in a cooperative way and making full use of the internationalized resources of quality to develop talents.Constructing a system for the Sino-foreign education can be achieved by the investigation of the notion,position and resources for running a school and the regional advantages for running a school. |
