西部落后地区高师贫困生心理问题及调控对策

西部落后地区高等师范院校的贫困生量大面广 ,已成为一个特殊的群体。他们承负着因经济困难所致的生活压力和沉重的心理压力 ,存在心理障碍的比例高于普通学生。形成心理障碍的主要原因有经济贫困压力、现实与理想的心理反差、成长环境、适应能力、学校教育及就业体制改革等。加强政治思想教育、开展心理卫生指导、给予更多的关爱和尊重 ,给贫困学生创造一个更宽松和谐的环境 ,是解决贫困学生心理问题的基本方法

The Psychology of Normal Colleges' Poor students in Under-developed West of China and the Countermeasures against it

The large quantities of poor students in normal colleges have covered a wide range in under-developed West of China.And they have become a special group,among which mostly self-supporting,self-improving,diligent,and striving to make progress.Whereas,compared with the other common students,they are suffering more living and psychological pressure born of their Families' poverty,the disparity between their ideals and the fact,their growing surroundings and adaptablity,their school education,and the reform of employment system.Wu should attach more importance to this special group as to strengthen ideological education,give them more care and respect,help them relieve psychological pressure,provide them with a more free and harmonious surroundings.
