| 摘 要： | 教师是职业倦怠的高发人群，教师身上表现出的职业倦怠对教师自身、学生的成长以及整个社会都产生了消极影响。循着教师个人因素、组织因素、工作因素和社会因素，探讨教师职业倦怠现象的发生、发展及危害，以期为西部地区中小学教师预防、减少职业倦怠现象提出合理化的建议。

| Abstract: | Teachers have ranked highest among most jobs.Behaviours of job burnout shown in teachers themselves have nagative influence on teachers,students' growing-up and whole society.This thesis aims at exploring the causes,development and harm which lead to job burnout based on individual factors,organizational structure,working conditions and social factors so as to find precautions against and alleviate the job burnout of the middle and primary school teachers. |
