| 摘 要： | 把高校领导班子建设成学习型组织是新形势新任务的必然要求。高校领导班子必须以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，树立学习理念，增强改革创新意识，改进学习方法，增强学习的规范性，提高学习成效，把理论学习与解决实际问题结合起来，承担新使命，迎接新挑战。

| Abstract: | It is necessarily required in the new situation to build the leading body into a learning type in the institution of higher learning. The leading body in the institution of higher learning must be guided by the Deng Xiaoping's Theory and "the Three Represents",foster the idea of learning,enhance the consciousness of reforming,improve the method of learning,heighten the standard of learning,raise the learning result,combine the learning of theory with solving problems,undertake new tasks and meet new challenges. |
