| 摘 要： | 提高小学教师学历的同时要加强职业技能与特长培养．围绕艺术与科技列出小学教师技能与特长培养的重点项目及其要求，提出小学教师技能与特长培养的4条途径，倡导在加强技能与特长培养的同时，渗透科学意识与审美教育，并推动具有时代特色与职业特色的校园化建设。

| Abstract: | While improving the record of formal schooling,the primary school teachers should be focused more on the cultivation of their skills and specialties.According to the primary teachers vital projects appeared in the Arts and the Science,we find four ways which involves the science sense and the aesthetic education,strengthen the skills and specialties cultivation,more importantly,promote the establishment of the campus culture with contemporary and profession. |
