| 摘 要： | 从高校图书馆组织结构变革的紧迫性和当前组织结构中存在的问题入手，探讨了信息社会高校图书馆组织结构变革的基本原则与组织结构的设计，并在此基础上提出了相应的保证措施，使高校图书馆更加符合信息社会的管理与理念．
